1 Introduction

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against m777live through a player's bank or payment provider.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards platform staff or other players.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request to freeze or close the account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting any outstanding bonus funds and applicable charges will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, provided all applicable Terms and verification requirements have been satisfied.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15 Amendments to These Terms
